Rather than expending energy fighting the change, we can achieve better outcomes by learning how to work with it and influence its direction.

Everyone wants to know whether we’re heading toward an AI utopia or catastrophe. That binary is too simple, Amy argues. What we need to determine is whether leaders and societies can adapt fast enough to shape whatever comes next.
