Mission, Vision, Values

What drives us

At the heart of every major strategic decision is a question about the future – and the courage to commit to an answer before it’s fully clear. That tension is where our work lives, and why we built FTSG.

Amy Webb

FTSG Founder and CEO Amy Webb is widely recognized as the global authority who transformed the practice of strategic foresight into a rigorous, data-driven discipline. A pioneering quantitative futurist, she established the field’s foundational methodologies that today guide leaders, organizations, and governments in anticipating disruption, shaping the future, and securing long-term growth. A prolific author, Amy’s four seminal books have been translated into 23 languages and are read in boardrooms, classrooms, and policy circles around the world. She is a longtime professor at New York University’s Stern School of Business.

The Team

The FTSG team brings together practitioners from strategy, industry, research, and analysis, united by a commitment to rigorous thinking and the belief that good strategy requires the courage to commit, not just the intelligence to analyze.
