Ellison Jean serves as a trusted partner to Amy Webb, ensuring the CEO’s office operates effectively across the organization. In her role, she helps translate strategic priorities into execution and keeps key initiatives moving forward.

Prior to joining FTSG, Ellison served as Senior Event Manager at global speaking agency Leading Authorities, Inc., where she partnered with clients to produce high-stakes, high-impact events. Before that, as Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Arena Stage, she oversaw earned revenue departments and external stakeholders, building lasting relationships at both the individual and institutional level.

Ellison holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. Outside of the office, she volunteers with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and is a devoted theatergoer and gallery visitor, splitting her time between the arts scenes of Washington, D.C. and New York City. A seasoned global traveler who has lived in Cape Town, Auckland, and Sydney, and explored every continent save Antarctica (research for that expedition is currently underway!), she brings a rare breadth of perspective to everything she does.
