Ellison (El) Jean serves as a trusted partner to Amy Webb, ensuring the CEO’s office operates effectively across the organization. In her role, she helps translate strategic priorities into execution and keeps key initiatives moving forward.

Most recently, El served as an event manager at global speaking agency Leading Authorities, Inc. She brings nearly a decade of experience in performing arts administration and production management, having previously served as Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Arena Stage, where she oversaw the Group Sales and Events & Rentals departments.

El graduated from Georgetown University with degrees in English and Theater & Performance Studies. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, attending theater performances and art installations, and traveling abroad. She lived in Sydney for two years and has been to every continent except Antarctica – but has begun researching Antarctic expeditions!
